What happens when you step out? Over a threshold and into a new way of being and doing? Join us for an evening of real-life tales of transformation from Rachel Alquist, Rene De Los Santos and Lisa Domke. This evening culminates our exploration of Thresholds over the past months.
Rachel Alquist spent 16 years in professional theatre until a major health misdiagnosis left her bedridden for three years. After learning to walk again, she decided that she would use this experience as an opportunity to support others whom suffer with chronic pain issues. Rachel is a Substance Use Disorder Counselor with the non-profit Evergreen Treatment Services.
Rene De Los Santos is a Faculty Trainer in Diversity & Inclusion for the YMCA of the USA and Community Outreach Coordinator for the YMCA of Snohomish County. He is an animal lover, fitness nut, hiker, dancer, yogi and lover of life.
Lisa Domke used to be a lot of things: pastor/preacher, fitness enthusiast, singer, party planner/hostess extraordinaire, extreme extrovert, and general energizer bunny. Currently she is a mother and wife, a person living with chronic illness and constant fatigue, a lover of the natural world, a very slow paddleboarder, an asker of questions, a seeker of wisdom and understanding.
