All are invited to our Community Reflection Gathering. Gathering Ground is a community that comes from many lineages, and is not formally aligned with any lineage. For example, our decision-making structure, Sociocracy, was developed out of Quaker consensus decision making practices. At this gathering, we will be exploring and reflecting on our relationship to lineage, as a community and as individuals. What does it mean to be a space that does not formally align with one lineage but that is, inevitably, in relationship with lineages? How do we as individuals and as a community relate to the lineages we are in relationship with?. This is a space for all of us to share and be heard (coming to just listen is also valid).
