Join Rene De Los Santos -- our favorite "fitness nut" -- for an evening of dance. Rene introduces moves, turns on the tunes, and helps us all to shake it out. Modifications will be shown for all fitness levels and abilities. A chair can be used for addition stability if needed. On the weekend of Thanks-Giving, let's reconnect with our bodies, with each other, and with the joy of movement.

Rene is a fitness trainer and the Latino & Community Outreach Coordinator and Diversity & Inclusión Trainer for the YMCA of Snohomish County.
