What assumptions or biases are you likely to have?  What are a few tools to help you recognize your bias and act in a way that reflects your core values? Rene is the Latino & Community Outreach Coordinator and Diversity & Inclusión Trainer for the  YMCA of Snohomish County.  He leads our annual Day of the Dead reflections.
