Rooting in Practice

person sitting beside a lake on a tree branch with their arms spread wide

Spiritual traditions often speak of walking a path, and practices are how we walk that path.

Practice can be a source of nourishment and a refuge in difficult times. Through practice, we grow and transform ourselves and the world around us.

We’ll be collectively exploring our curiosity, questions, and wisdom around practice.

What are we practicing? Where do we practice? (In our beds, at a shrine, in the woods, a studio, a dojo, a rally?) What supports our practice, and what feels like obstacles? Where do we hope our practices can bring us, as individuals and as a community?
